1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 85bd ("we", "us", "the platform", "85bd") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 85bd online gaming platform accessible at 85bd.io and its associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of 85bd or any of its affiliated entities.

• Your use of the 85bd platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction of residence.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) account only on the 85bd platform. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment method, IP address, device, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information current. 85bd may periodically request updated documentation to verify account details as part of our ongoing Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted on your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 85bd support immediately.

Account registration and ongoing use of the 85bd platform are provided free of charge. 85bd does not charge any registration, maintenance, or inactivity fees on standard player accounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

85bd supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, USDT (TRC-20), and USDT (ERC-20). All Taka-denominated balances are displayed using the ৳ symbol. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal.

Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are credited to your 85bd account within ten (10) seconds under normal operating conditions. USDT deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations for the relevant network. Withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts are processed within fifteen (15) minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of exceptional volume or where additional verification is required.

All funds deposited into your 85bd account must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same account (the "same source" policy). General bonus conditions that apply to all 85bd promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed the standard KYC verification process.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

• 85bd reserves the right to cancel or amend any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a system or technical error.

• Bonuses have an expiry period. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry date result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.

85bd does not apply hidden conditions to bonus funds. Where a player has both a real-money balance and a bonus balance, wagers are deducted from the real-money balance first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 85bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of any balance held at the time of suspension, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Multiple Accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one 85bd account simultaneously or sequentially.
2. Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account.
3. Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through coordinated low-risk wagering, arbitrage strategies, or collusion with other players.
4. Collusion: Coordinating with other players at the same table or in the same market to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or matched betting in live casino games.
5. Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the 85bd platform in place of a human player.
6. Money Laundering: Using the 85bd platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin or circumventing financial regulations.
7. Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider after funds have been legitimately wagered on the platform.
8. Impersonation: Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity or payment details.

8 Responsible Gaming
